This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs how you may use the Elah.io platform (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Elah is a specialized transformation intelligence system designed to support practitioners in structured, non-clinical workflows.

The platform is intended for:

* Vocational and avocational development
* Behavioral and performance-oriented work
* Structured practitioner workflows

2. Practitioner Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

* How you use the platform
* The information you input
* Your interactions with clients

Elah provides assistive tools only.

All decisions, interpretations, and outcomes remain under your control.

3. Prohibited Data Entry

To maintain a privacy-first environment, you may not input:

* Full client names
* Email addresses
* Phone numbers
* Physical addresses
* Government identifiers
* Medical or psychological records
* Any personally identifiable information (PII)

Practitioners must use first names only or initials.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for:

Clinical or Medical Purposes

* Diagnosing medical or mental health conditions
* Providing psychiatric or psychological treatment
* Crisis intervention or emergency support

Misuse of the Platform

* Uploading false, misleading, or harmful information
* Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the system
* Interfering with platform functionality
* Circumventing security or access controls

Unlawful or Harmful Activities

* Any illegal activity
* Harassment or abuse of others
* Use of the platform in a way that may cause harm

5. AI Usage Limitations

Elah uses AI to assist with structure, insight, and workflow processes.

You agree that:

* AI outputs are assistive, not authoritative
* You will not rely on the system for diagnosis or critical decisions
* You retain full responsibility for how outputs are interpreted and applied

6. Community Hub & Communication

If you use the Community Hub or bulletin board:

* You act at your own discretion
* You are responsible for your communications
* You agree that your contact information may be shared when you respond to posts

Elah is not responsible for interactions between users.

7. Fair Use & System Integrity

You agree not to:

* Overload or abuse system resources
* Use automation or bots to exploit the platform
* Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the system

We reserve the right to limit or restrict usage that affects system performance.

8. Enforcement

We may take action if this Policy is violated, including:

* Warning notices
* Temporary suspension
* Permanent account termination

These actions may be taken without prior notice.

9. No Liability for Misuse

Elah is not responsible for:

* Improper use of the platform
* Practitioner decisions or actions
* Client outcomes

You agree that use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
