Elah is a practitioner focused  platform that is designed for hypnotherapists and transformational mind-body practitioners. It is a structured workflow platform, helping you to prepare for sessions, track client progress, create personalized content for your clients and organize case management more efficiently.

No. Elah is designed to support your existing process, not replace it. You can integrate it into your workflow without changing your approach or methodology. You can adapt the workflows according to your own methods.

No. AI Intake is one option within Elah, not a requirement. If it works well for your practice, you can use it for faster onboarding and assessment, to create personalized audio hypnosis files or to gather and analyze client information before a session. If you prefer a practitioner-led intake, you can use Elah’s Phone Assessment instead and still take advantage of the platform’s other tools and features.

No. Elah is designed to support your practice, not dictate how you run it. You can use the features that fit your workflow and the way you work with each client. Whether you use AI Intake, Phone Assessment, Progress Tracking, Session tools, or other features, you remain in control of how Elah fits into your practice.

Elah was originally built for hypnotherapists, but it can be used by practitioners in NLP, EFT, and other transformational, or mind-body modalities. Some tools will be more relevant depending on your approach.

Yes. You can have your own version of Elah hosted on your own website domain with your own brand and your own voice. Contact us for more details.

Elah’s AI intake was originally designed to help hypnotherapists create personalized hypnosis audio at scale, allowing you to mass produce personalized audios, but it can also be used as a general intake to help you prepare before the session begins.

Absolutely. Elah is designed to adapt to your workflow, not force you to change it. If you prefer to conduct your intake or assessment directly with a client, Elah includes a Phone Assessment option that allows you to capture the information within the client’s case. Elah can then analyze that assessment and incorporate the insights into the client record, just as it does with information gathered through the AI Intake.

No. Elah provides structure, insight, and assistance, but all decisions and interpretations remain entirely under your control as the practitioner.

A Signals Fusion Report brings together the relevant information available throughout a client’s journey and evaluates it as one connected case.

Depending on what is available, this can include the client’s AI Intake or practitioner-led Assessment, Progress Tracker responses, Case Journal notes, session information, transcripts, and other relevant case data.

Rather than looking at each source independently, Elah fuses the information together to help you see patterns, changes, relationships, and the broader trajectory of the case.

That is why we call it Fusion.

No. Fusion Reports are generated manually so that when you request one, Elah can evaluate the most current information available in the client’s case at that moment.

This means a new Fusion Report can take into account recent Progress Tracker responses, newly added Case Journal notes, additional session information, and other data that may not have existed when an earlier report was created. The reports also compares previous Fusion Reports so that you can see what’s changed since the last report.

Absolutely. Elah is designed to adapt to your workflow. You can conduct your intake directly with your client and record the information using Elah’s Phone Assessment. Elah can then analyze that information and incorporate it into the client’s case, allowing you to benefit from Elah’s intelligence and continuity tools while keeping your preferred intake process.

Because Elah does not evaluate a case from only one source of information.

A progress check-in may tell you one thing. Your Case Journal may reveal something else. The original assessment provides context. A transcript may reveal recurring language or themes.

Signals Fusion brings those individual pieces together and evaluates them as part of a larger whole, helping you move from isolated information to a clearer understanding of the client’s overall journey.

Yes. In fact, that is one of the key advantages of Fusion.

Because Fusion Reports are generated from the information currently available in the case, you can run a new report as the client progresses. New Progress Tracker responses, Case Journal entries, session information, and other data can create a very different picture from the one that existed earlier in the client journey.

Each report gives you a current view of the case based on what Elah knows now.

No identifiable client data is stored. Practitioners are instructed to use first names or initials only and to avoid entering any sensitive or personal information.

No. Elah is a practitioner-support system, not a replacement for professional judgment.

Fusion Reports are designed to organize and interpret the information available across the case so you can see the bigger picture more clearly. Elah may identify patterns, changes, relationships, or areas worth considering, but you decide what those insights mean and how you want to move forward with the client.

The intake or assessment gives Elah an understanding of where the client was when the case began, their goals, concerns, patterns, circumstances, and starting point.

As the client progresses, new information becomes available. Fusion can compare what is happening now with that earlier baseline, helping the practitioner understand how the case may be changing over time.

No. Data within Elah is isolated per practitioner and is not used to train external AI models or shared across users.

You run an analysis to get a report that provides details on the clients mind-set and current situation. From that point on you can  generate personalized scripts and refine them to create custom-made hypnosis audio experiences.

Elah does not offer a trial. Full access is available immediately upon subscription, allowing you to use the entire system without restrictions.

Yes. There are no contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

No. Practitioners who join during the current Founders pricing (5/26 – 7/26) phase retain their rate permanently, even as pricing increases for new users.

No. Elah is not a CRM. It is a specialized transformation intelligence system designed to support insight, preparation, and structured practitioner workflows.
